The "What Works" webinar introduced an incredibly valuable tool for creating a framework for measuring impact. The Center's general measurement overview training was invaluable to me as a Board member of a non-profit with few performance measurement procedures in place and a newly restated Mission. Just reading a book keeps it mostly conceptual, being able to apply the materials hands-on, with feedback from experts like Debra Natenshon, makes it real. I thought this 2 hour webinar was great. As a benchmark to show your success, I got more out of today's two hour training than I did in a two DAY seminar on outcomes for advocacy that I attended recently.
