Verdesse Tablets – No Chlorogenic Acid???

monkeyhuhWhen a weight loss supplement starts to get popular, something magical happens. Every company related to the industry seems to suddenly have brand new, or at least, the “best” brand for that new trendy diet ingredient… think raspberry ketones or acai berry. Well, exactly the same thing has happened with green coffee bean extract and the one we’ll review today is Nature’s Best Verdesse Tablets.

Yep, Nature’s Best. I’ve heard of it. You’ve probably heard of it. So since they are selling these Verdesse Tablets, you almost instantly give them and the product the benefit of the doubt, right? I know I did. But this is marketing. Marketing in a billion dollar weight loss industry and you have to do your own research before buying any kind of supplement. Else, you never really know what you’re going to get. So are you ready to dig deeper than the name selling it?

verdesse-dog-trustNo Chlorogenic Acid listed?

One of the very most important things you should consider when thinking about buying any green coffee extract is how much chlorogenic acid it has in it. This is the SECRET to what makes it burn fat and melt away inches. Without enough of it, you aren’t going to get the results you could have otherwise. So how much is enough? We’ll just go with what Dr. Oz says:

“Should have At LEAST 45% chlorogenic acid” ~ Dr. Oz

With Verdesse, we don’t even see any mention of chlorogenic acid. If they had a respectable amount of chlorogenic acid you know they’d obviously publish it. But they don’t. So that probably means that no, it’s not there. But let’s dig a little bit more and see what else we find…

Clearly Not Enough Svetol!

Svetol is the next biggie that I look for. Just as Dr. Oz says, it MUST have Svetol (or GCA, green coffee antioxidant). While Verdesse tablets do clearly say Svetol on the label, it’s simply not enough. That’s another thing that you should always be aware of: the label. Never, ever buy a green coffee extract (or any other kind health supplement) if you can’t read the label.

That means if you’re buying online then they should go through the trouble of making it clearly available to you at a size where it’s easy to read what it says.

But yeah. This extract has a mere 400mg – and that’s using two tablets. So in essence, there’s only 200mg in each, which is extremely poor.

verdesse-show-offOnly ONE Glowing Review?

They seem to be pretty darn proud of being mentioned in what’s considered an online newspaper. But go ahead and visit the link they provide. See for yourself. This nine out of ten rating they pride themselves on is based off a SINGLE review from ONE lady in ONE case. That’s not much of a case if you ask me. What about you?

So when you get right down to it, it turns out that this green coffee extract, one we thought would be great since it’s sold by Nature’s Best, isn’t so great after all. The two very most important things to look for in this kind of supplement is either non-existent or poor. I definitely would not chance spending my money on this one. What about you?

I mean, let’s recap:

  • There’s absolutely no mention of chlorogenic acid
  • You never really know how much Svetol or GCA you’re going to be getting
  • The one thing they hold on to, like an award, is a good testimonial from one individual

Java Slim Green Coffee Extract: Ripoff

Java Slim Green Coffee BoxOne of the most common and most-bought health supplements today are natural weight loss supplements. How many of them have you tried? Did any of them work? There are so many copy-cat companies that jump on the bandwagon whenever something becomes popular and this is certainly no exception. Green coffee extract is the hottest thing on the market right now, which all started when Dr. Oz talked about this miracle weight loss pill on his popular daytime TV show.

The very first thing I noticed about Java Slim? I don’t see how it can work at all, considering:

  • Only 400mg
  • You only get 30 capsules
  • Most of what you get is filler ingredients, NOT GREEN COFFEE EXTRACT

lady-questionsWe Don’t Even Know Who MAKES It!

Java Slim Green Coffee Extract seems to be everywhere. Going to the drugstore? You’ll probably see it in a pretty display at the end of the aisle. Going to go buy something from Amazon? You’ll see it there, too. But what’s odd is… WHO or WHERE does it actually come from? It appears that they simply just give it to anyone who wants to sell it for them, seeing as you can find it in so many places. I don’t know about you, but I’d rather be buying from who ever it is that makes it.

I mean, really. If you buy it from the drugstore and then it doesn’t work or something happens and you have questions… is the drugstore going to be able to give you the details about how or where it was manufactured? What do they know? I’ll tell you. They know as much as you do. Whatever information is right there on the box. They didn’t make it. They don’t know what was used or what methods were used.

Speaking of the information on the box. That’s a whole other can of worms. You know that we’re sticklers on a few things around here at Alive. One is to KNOW what you’re buying before you ever buy it. So let’s look at what information is provided on the box (since there’s apparently no official site or anything for Java Slim green coffee pills… all we have to go on is what the box says).

no-chlorogenic-shockedNo Chlorogenic Acid?

If you read our information guide on green coffee extract then you’ll know that Dr. Oz says any green coffee pills you buy should have at least 45% chlorogenic acid to get good results.

They don’t list any % of Chlorogenic acid on the label, probably for a reason.

Consumerlabs.com recently did a test of all the leading brands of green coffee, and found some had NO Chlorogenic acid at all! That is why Dr Oz recommends buying a brand that has AT LEAST 45% Chlorogenic Acid. If they don’t put the % on the label, you KNOW it is bad.

So does Java Slim have chlorogenic acid? Not that we can tell. They don’t mention it at all.

Any green coffee extract worth buying will tell you clearly it has a minimum of 45% and/or have Svetol on the box.

Not A Truly Natural Product

Another thing we always stress when buying natural weight loss pills is that they should be as pure as can be. They shouldn’t be stuffed with filler ingredients. That’s exactly what it looks
like the case is for Java Slim. Just look at all these ingredients!

stay-awayDefinitely Not Good Deal

Considering everything above, I’d definitely stay away from Java Slim Green Coffee Extract. There are just too many red flags, let alone that it doesn’t seem to even have Svetol or the minimum of 45% chlorogenic acid that it should have to be effective. It just goes to show that it’s sometimes true – you get what you pay for. I’d much rather pay a little bit more for something that is a quality, pure product from a company that is forthcoming and cares about their customers. Wouldn’t you?

Choosing A Supplier

Take some time to do your research before buying any supplement. You want to make sure that it’s safe, pure and that the supplier will be there should you have any questions or problems. Anyone you consider buying from should have a solid reputation and be available for questions both after AND before purchasing.

wwrecommend

Throughout all of our research, we can confidently recommend this green coffee extract found here. High quality. Pure. Effective. Proven. You can find it on Amazon, too, but a lot of the time it doesn’t have the same discount there.

As recommended by Dr Oz, it:

  • contains Svetol
  • completely natural with no filler ingredients
  • Has 60% Chlorogenic Acids
  • Is proven to be effective

The Scoop On Advanced Green Coffee

Advanced Green Coffee - Oh No, Another One!Green coffee extract. With all the buzz about it lately, it’s only natural that companies are popping up all over the place offering consumers their own blend. We feel it’s our duty, and privilege, to stand guard and keep our readers informed about the pros and cons of all the different products we discover. Unlike some of these companies we come across, we want to give you all the info you need to make the choice that’s right for you.

This time, we’re talking about Advanced Green Coffee… and yes, as usual, there’s plenty to talk about. They employ the single tactic that I can’t stand. The FREE bottle. Normally I warn to stay away from these, because they end up trapping you into a subscription. But this time it’s different. We’ll get to that in a minute though. First of all, I want to bring it to your attention that they’re very vague. Yes, the site is beautiful. But that only means they have a great designer, not that they have a great product.

shocked-cartoonNot Enough Chlorogenic Acid!

Advanced Green Coffee is advertising a decent product, it seems. They claim their extract is a 100% natural and pure green coffee extract with no fillers. We’ve been around a long time and can tell you that that’s more than some companies can say about their extracts. It would have been nice, though, if they had told us just how much chlorogenic acid is in their Advanced Green Coffee extract. Dr. Oz recommended any green coffee product you buy should have at least 45% chlorogenic acid (or CGA). We always recommend this one, which has at least 50%, and you get that info right up front.

evil-suppliers

 No Svetol

I looked and looked and looked and couldn’t find any mention of SVETOL in Advanced Green Coffee, either. According to Dr. Oz we’re supposed to look for a product that has the SVETOL brand name on it. You want a minimum of 45% chlorogenic acid (more’s just fine!). You also wanna make sure that there aren’t any filler ingredients in it. So no matter what green coffee extract you’re looking at, make sure it fits all those criteria and that you’re allowed to view the actual label before buying. A good company will be sure to tell you everything you need to know, as well as be committed to providing you with helpful information about the product in general. Like who should or shouldn’t take it, the latest news and research, etc…

So… this “Advanced” green coffee product seems to:

  • Have no chlorogenic acid
  • No mention of Svetol
  • No mention of even what the mg per capsule is

Getting Your Information

And the kicker? If you want to look beyond that first page you’ll have to hand over all your handy dandy personal information like name, email, phone and more. Every button that says “Click Here” on their site just takes you right back up to that form to fill out, which we’ve shown here to the right>>. How nice.

Another Overpriced Extract

If their product was better (and we’ll never REALLY know, because they don’t tell us enough about it!) it’s certainly more expensive. They offer a free bottle deal, but only tell you in the very fine print that the offer applies to the 2, 3, and 4 month packages only. With Advanced Green Coffee you can expect to spend $48 for one bottle, whereas with this one you’ll spend about $24! Now, beat THAT, Advanced Green Coffee!

Conclusion

If you like to overpay for low quality, questionable products, then hey… it might be for you. However, I’m very  much doubting that! So in most cases, I’ll just stick with the advice of “Don’t Do It!”

Choosing A Supplier

Before you buy anything, make sure you understand the product and who you’re buying from so you don’t get ripped off. Any green coffee extract you buy should have a mimimum of 45% chlorogenic acid and contain Svetol. Any company you buy it from should allow you to clearly read the label before purchase and be easily contacted for questions or returns. Our research has shown that this is the best green coffee extract available right now, which you can also get from Amazon.

Purely Inspired Coffee Extract – full of JUNK

Warning about purely inspired green coffee extractPurely Inspired Green Coffee Bean Extract is the newest green coffee supplement that we’ve been spending some time looking into. If you’ve been following our blog then you know that we’re on a mission to bring you current information about what’s being offered on the market.

Not surprisingly, we’ve found a few glaring doozies on some of the sites that should make any consumer think twice about buying. That’s not to say that the product couldn’t actually be good. It’s just saying that hey, we’ve been around the block. We’ve seen the scams that come with any ‘miracle’ weight loss supplement and it really ticks us off that some of these companies will do anything to trick you.

purely-inspired-talkWhere’s The Green Coffee???

The very first thing we noticed about Purely Inspired the amount of green coffee extract you actually get. And let’s just say it… It isn’t much. If you look closely at the ingredients you’ll see two things: A serving size is two caps and each serving is 400mg.

So what’s that mean? Each capsule is only giving you 200mg! I mean honestly, I don’t think we’ve ever seen that little of amount in a green coffee extract supplement.

Filler Ingredients Galore

But that certainly isn’t all. When you look at the ingredients, you’ll see there’s a whole slew of other ingredients that they add into their product. Just look at this…

OTHER INGREDIENTS: MICROCRYSTALLINE CELLULOSE, DICALCIUM PHOSPHATE DIHYDRATE, HYDROXYPROPYLCELLULOSE, CROSCARMELLOSE SODIUM,
MAGNESIUM STEARATE, HYDROGENATED VEGETABLE OIL, SILICON DIOXIDE, VEGETABLE-BASED COATING (HYPROMELLOSE, GLYCERIN).
CONTAINS SOY INGREDIENTS.

So once you consider all the filler added ingredients and the fact that the green coffee extract is so low, how much are you really getting in the end? Although it’s got a great looking price tag attached to it, are you really getting a good deal?

girl-questions-purely-inspiredReal Studies?

It’s unclear whether they’re saying the studies cited on their page were specifically done with Purely Inspired Green Coffee brand. Maybe so, since they say participants were on a low-calorie diet and using moderate exercise. And under four pounds in 8 weeks?

In the real studies referenced by Dr. Oz and others, participants were NOT on a low calorie diet and still lost more weight than that.

Skimpy Consumer Information

Another thing we don’t particularly like is they simply throw up a sales page with barely any information or proof of anything and call it a day. They don’t offer any other information about their product, or even green coffee extract in general, other than the little bit that’s on the sales page.

We believe that if you’re going to sell something, you should do your best to educate consumers about everything and anything that has to do with it so they can make an informed decision. What about the history of it? The different studies? Possible side effects or situations where it may not be suitable to take?

Our Recommendation on Who You CAN Trust…

Remember that not all supplements are created equal. Some are high quality, some are not. Before buying anything, please take a little time to research and understand what it is you’re buying. In our opinion, this is the most effective green coffee bean extract available right now. If you buy it on Amazon and order three, one of them is free.

Liquid Raspberry Ketone Burn Will Burn A Hole in Your Pocketbook

raspberry-burn-moneyWith the major influx of raspberry ketone products on the market since Dr. Oz called the product the “No. 1 miracle in a bottle to burn your fat”, it’s almost a full-time job to keep up with all the new products being introduced. Liquid Raspberry Ketone Burn is just one of the (very) many. Besides being a mouthful to say (let alone remember), Liquid Raspberry Ketone Burn has very few things going for it as far as we’re concerned.

A lot of people will like the liquid form. Taking capsules can become tiresome for so many. Two droppersful of a pleasant-tasting liquid held under the tongue for 30 seconds will be much preferred by some.

Hiding the Truth? Where’s the Ingredients?!

Liquid Raspberry Ketone Burn is very forthcoming in telling you that they have mixed their raspberry ketones with both African Mango extract and Green Tea. However, nowhere on the website can you see a copy of the actual label or ingredients list. There is seemingly no way to know from the website how many milligrams of the actual raspberry ketones are in each recommended dosage. They are evidently relying on the beautiful, brightly colored pictures and testimonials of (their words, not ours) “good looking and happy people” to sell you their product.

cluelessTechnical Issues?

Many people may find it annoying that the testimony of their main expert, Dr. Oz, won’t load correctly, and they’re left wondering what in the world happened, and is anyone ever going to notice and fix it?

They’re either clueless or don’t care. If a company can’t be bothered with making sure their site works, what makes you think that they’ll put anymore effort into making a quality product or making sure customers are happy? I mean, the site should be their portal to information for a consumer. If they can’t handle that, then I sure wouldn’t trust them with my money. Would you?

Price Too Way Steep

money-goneThe final straw for us was the price. All that can be yours for just $69.95 for a MERE 15 day supply, and that’s $30 off the original price. If you’re brave enough to buy 8 bottles, you can cut that cost down to about $50 per bottle. However, should you find yourself dissatisfied with the product, a refund will ONLY be given for unopened bottles, and there will be a 25% restocking fee as well.

Let’s think about that for a moment… You decide to trust them with your business and you buy a single bottle. You start taking it and realize it just isn’t working. Guess what? You’re just out of luck and out that $70 since refunds are only made on unopened bottles. That makes no sense. You should never have to  jump through hoops like that. This is a prime example why you need to choose your products carefully.

Conclusion

While liquid raspberry ketone drops are one of our most recommended weight loss supplements, we have to say no on this one. They completely overcharge, they won’t show you the actual ingredients and amounts of each one by giving you the option to view the label. They say they offer 100% money back guarantee, but they don’t. It should read “100% money back guarantee IF you BUY MULTIPLE bottles and want to return ONLY UNOPENED ones”. Then you get the pleasure of paying restocking fees, like it’s your fault their magical blend didn’t work.

How to Find a Good Raspberry Ketones Supplier?

Research, research, research. You can’t simply visit a site and decide that because it’s beautiful and appears like a truly legit company with awesome products that you can trust them. Like we pointed out above, I’m sure there are plenty of ticked off customers who tried to return their unused bottles – only to find out that they don’t “qualify”, because the bottle was open. Always read the fine print and verify claims that they make. Of course, you may not have time to drill down on each brand. No worries – we’re always watching the industry and keeping consumers up to date.  Right now, we can solidly recommend these raspberry ketone drops.

Dr. Oz recommends drops & these are best because:

  • They’re absorbed super-fast, giving you results quicker
  • You aren’t paying for a blend of fake, filler ingredients (yes, some companies do this!)
  • Has been proven many times to be effective
  • Is truly, completely 100% natural
  • Offers an honest money back guarantee

Raspberry Ultra Drops Scam

In our quest to keep our readers up to date on the wide variety of raspberry ketone products on the market today, a certain product has come to our attention that we felt demanded some reviewing. If you have not yet heard of (or ordered from) Raspberry Ultra Drops, consider yourself lucky. It doesn’t take very long to get some pretty serious red flags.

Thousands of Reports of Fraud

There are thousands of people pissed off enough to go thru the trouble to file reports on ScamBook,Complaintsboard, Facecrooks, and other consumer protection websites. This company has been accused of fraud, false advertisement, hacking into personal accounts and flat out just not sending the items ordered. Angry customers report losses of up to $229 and a few claim damages of up to $9,000! On just one of the above site there are 203 very serious complaints against Raspberry Ultra Drops.

theif2Millions of dollars in damage claims against them

The grand total of unresolved reported damages from this company is…are you ready for this?….$2,175,313.50! That is nothing to sneeze at, and we think this company should be avoided at all costs. Evidently, the only thing you’re liable to lose with Raspberry Ultra Drops is your shirt (and everything else you own).

raspberry ultra drop scam1

raspberry ultra drop scam2

flyingpig-claimsRidiculous, Unproven claims

Raspberry Ultra Drops users can expect to lose between half a pound to 3 pounds daily with the average being about 1-1.5 pounds daily

There are numerous such silly claims on their website, but we’ll just leave it at this simply ridiculous claim. 3 pounds a day? Right…. The weight loss industry is notorious for misleading consumers. That’s because people searching for these supplements are often desperate and very much wanting to believe there’s a miracle pill they can buy – and many companies take advantage of this. That’s exactly what Raspberry Ultra Drops does and they probably couldn’t care less what results you really get once they have your money.

piggybankRidiculous Price

Are you ready for this? $69 for a single 2 oz bottle that you have NO IDEA what is in it. I really don’t understand how some of these companies can charge so much. It’s pretty clear they’re just in this business for the money – not for helping people. That’s a sad fact when obesity is an epidemic with no end in sight. What even makes it worse is that customers will buy, believing they’re completely covered with a money back guarantee. The fact of the matter with this particular company is that you might not even get what you ordered, let alone a refund.

How much Raspberry Ketone?

Dr. Oz raves about the wonderful benefits of Raspberry Ketone for weight loss. It DOES work. However, we have no idea HOW MUCH Raspberry Ketone is in this product, since they never show the label or any list of ingredients. Scammers don’t show the label because they use VERY LITTLE Raspberry Ketone in their product.

Our Conclusion

This is where we summarize the good and bad points about a product we review. Only, in this case it is not really necessary, since it is pretty obvious this is a big scam. This company makes outrageous claims, engages in all kinds of fraud, and sells a crappy product at a ridiculous price.
Raspberry Ultra Drops is the very last place you should buy from!

If you’ve been struggling to lose weight, then we know you’re looking for something that will 1.) Actually work and 2.) Work fast. There’s a never-ending list of weight loss products available today, but it’s best to try to stick to natural supplements that won’t wreak havoc on your body. This is one of the reasons we keep up with Dr. Oz and keep you informed about what he talks about – he’s a big believer in keeping things real and natural.

Raspberry ketones is a completely natural way to lose weight. Raspberry ketones are simply a compound found in raspberries. It’s very aromatic and is often used to add flavor to different foods and fragrance to perfumes. Dr. Oz called it a miracle weight loss pill and explained that they “shrink” your fat cells. What he actually means is that by taking this supplement, it combines with the norepinephrine in your body. That results in more fat leaving your fat cells, so in essence they shrink… and so do you.

We know now from research that raspberry ketones help your body to produce something called adiponectin. When all is good and your body is keeping a balanced level of adiponectin, your appetite doesn’t go haywire and when you do eat, the calories are used correctly. When you don’t have  balanced level of adiponectin though, you’re always hungry and craving foods and when you do eat, a lot of those calories get tucked away and stored as fat.

Just another word of caution here… if you suffer from high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes or high cholesterol then talk to your doctor before taking raspberry ketones (or any health or weight loss supplement for that matter).

A Proven Product GC50 Review

Good product if you wanna spend more money! Here is a company actually worth some pretty decent attention and praise. A division of aProvenProduct, aPProved is one of the other leading green coffee supplement providers. They aren’t some fly by night company that popped up in the wake of the green coffee hype after Dr. Oz talked about it on the show. Nope. They’ve actually been around quite some time and they’re one of the few companies out there that we can say we respect.

Pro: Company with High Standards

They carefully test all their products. Why? Because yes, even the biggest name brands in the industry can make a mistake here and there. We agree, which is why believe in doing the same thing. Every single product that we ship out has been tested and passed with flying colors. There aren’t a lot of green coffee pill suppliers that go through that trouble. Many of them just are in too much of  a hurry to push as much product as they can out the door. That’s just not good business.

Why else do we respect them? Like us, they believe in thorough research. They’ve taken the time to study the studies (over 180 of them have been done… did you know that?). Again, most other companies out there wouldn’t care less about truly learning about the products they make such big claims about.

Instead of simply just making claims and pushing products. They want you to be educated, as we do, so they give advice, tips and information about green coffee extyract that will actually be helpful to you.

The Downside? They Charge Way Too Much!

So yes, in a nutshell we very much respect their organization. There’s just one downfall – for you. The price! At about $114 for three bottles, that’s roughly twice the amount you could get a 3-pack for. If you want a pure, high quality product that has everything that Dr. Oz recommends then check out the available green coffee supplements here. You won’t pay nearly as much, which is always a good thing. Right?
